Space Planning
With a team member having a bachelor's degree in architecture and 20 years in facilities management, we can assist with space planning and creating a practical, functional use of each space. Our team will meet with stakeholders and end users to ensure that what is being put on paper translates to what they need when it's built. At Core, we consider not only the aesthetics of your space, but also the functionality and ability to maintain the space for the lifecycle of the building.
Security Upgrades
With a background in security administration and justice facility design, the team at Core Consulting can provide recommendations for security upgrades and identify concerns for your facilities. We can create egress plans, identify points of entry and vulnerabilities, and provide suggestions for areas of concern. With a team member being a former employee of the FBI, security is a top priority in all aspects of design.
Move Coordination
Our Move Consulting Team will survey existing files, equipment, employees, and any other inventory to make a smooth transition to your new facility. We conduct meetings, provide floor plans, informational packets, and are on site on move day. We coordinate with move vendors, contractors, as well as stakeholders to take the burden off and make the process as simple as possible.
Operational Efficiency
Our Operations Consulting services help businesses and governments optimize their operations and increase efficiency. We work with you to identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and help you run your business more effectively. We make suggestions for key management, fleet management, warehouse operations, work order tracking, inventory control, and work flow of paperwork documentation as well as evaluate staffing levels.
Project Management and Closeout
Our Project Management Team can help with your project from start to finish. Core takes pride in representing the best interests of our clients through each step of the design and construction process. Oftentimes we are hired to get projects back on track. Typically, at the end of a project, the General Contractor has moved on to another project and has pivoted responsibilities. Project closeout and facilities documentation usually suffer. By not properly closing out projects, you run the risk of financial burdens and delays in the use of a space, incomplete punchlist items, and lack of warranty information when something breaks. Core Consulting will ensure you receive what you paid for have a successful project completion.
